If your plant arrives with serious damage (e.g., broken stem, rotting roots, or wilted beyond recovery), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos.
We offer two resolution options:
Option 1: Refund
We refund the plant value only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Option 2: Store Credit (Recommended)
We offer a discount code equal to your full order value (plant + shipping), which you can use on your next purchase.
This helps us keep your trust while ensuring minimal waste and sustainability.
Minor Transit Stress
Slight leaf yellowing or minor wilting is normal in shipping and is not considered damage. Most plants bounce back with proper care.
Important Notes
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
No refunds or credits will be issued without photo evidence.
We do not offer refunds for customer-caused issues (e.g., overwatering, wrong potting, or care delays after delivery).
