We take great care to ensure your plants and products reach you safely and in healthy condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Charges
• Starting from Rs. 250 per kg. With additional Rs. 50 for each extra kg.
• Orders above Rs. 3500 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders across Pakistan via trusted courier partners including TCS, and Postex.
Standard Shipping Time: 3–7 business days depending on location.
Dispatch Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Payment Options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Credit/Debit Cards, Jazzcash Wallets, Bank Transfers are available.
Plant Packaging and Condition
Plants are carefully packed in sturdy and breathable packaging to ensure safety and freshness during shipping.
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.
If we cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may be cancelled.
Delivery Guarantee
We ensure:
• Healthy and live plants at dispatch.
• Secure, sturdy, and eco-friendly packaging.
• Replacement only for wrong or severely damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery (with photos).
Damages and Claims
In rare cases of damage during shipping:

Share unboxing pictures or videos within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.

We will assess and offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation or refund is not possible due to the perishable nature of plants.
