🌿 Care Guide
Plant Name: Haworthia Zebra in OLA Pot
Botanical Name: Haworthiopsis attenuata
Common Names: Zebra Haworthia, Zebra Cactus, Star Window Plant
Origin: South Africa
🌞 Light
Thrives in bright, indirect light. Tolerates low light better than most succulents. Avoid prolonged direct sun which causes leaf scorch and reddening.
💧 Watering
Water when the soil is completely dry — every 2–3 weeks in summer. Reduce to monthly in winter. Very drought-tolerant.
🌡️ Temperature
Ideal range: 60–80°F (16–27°C). Protect from frost and temperatures below 50°F (10°C).
🌱 Soil
Use a well-draining cactus or succulent mix. The OLA pot's drainage is well-suited for this plant.
✂️ Maintenance
Virtually maintenance-free. Remove dried or dead outer leaves. Offshoots (pups) can be separated and repotted. Rarely needs repotting.
⚠️ Sad Plant Signs
🟡 Yellow, soft leaves – Overwatering.
🔴 Reddish, stressed leaves – Too much direct sun. Move to indirect light.
📉 Slow growth – Needs more light or warmth.
